Private Room w Private Bath Mid/End of May

Hi there! I’m a busy working professional in my late 30’s and work full-time outside of home Mon - Fri 8-6, and afterwards I usually go to the gym/ yoga/pilates, so I’m away most of the day. I’m very neat and organized person and prefer clean, cozy, mutually respectful and considerate living environment where I can peacefully unwind after a long day. In my free time I enjoy going to the beach, hike, volleyball, sometimes biking or other outdoor activities, and travel with friends when time permits. I can be pretty social and wouldn’t mine having a friendly chat here and there, but also tend to keep to myself and relax in the room.
I don’t drink/smoke/party at all or anything like that, I eat clean and barely cook except something quick e. g. a salad, sandwich or omelette/eggs. Hoping to find a friendly and easy-going roommate with similar household values.
