Hey, I am looking for a space preferably with my own bathroom. Also hoping to have a washer/dryer in the unit if possible. I prefer someone who is clean, quiet and knows how to maintain a home, helping with chores and cleaning up after themselves. I have a nephew who is 13 and would be with me , in my room space , on days off so i hope that's not a problem. He just watches tv and plays his game. I am not home all that often and tend to be in my room when i am . I also sometimes like to have a few friends from church over for a game night here and there. I like to go out to play music bingo or line dance during the week and go see some live bands on weekends as well. Hoping to find someone who would be okay with this and may enjoy doing the same with me! :)
