Hello! My name is Jake and I'm moving up to NYC for law school this fall, but plan to be in NYC either late June or beginning of July. Ideally I'm looking to move in to a 2 or 3-person space with an open bedroom for rent, but would also be happy to apartment hunt with people as well. Also ideal, but not required, would be other queer roommates. My budget is somewhat flexible but ideally no more than $2500/month. I'll be going to school at Cardozo in Greenwich Village, but I'm very open as to where I'd live. Finally, I have a cat named Wallaby who will be living with me (he's shy but friendly).

A bit about me: I'm a big lover of food, both cooking and eating (so at least a somewhat workable and organized kitchen is my one big requirement). I play tennis and enjoy gabbing about pretty much all art/media forms. Music is especially important to me and my favorite album is Jessie Ware's What's Your Pleasure? My social battery is pretty high, I enjoy spending time with people and love to go out dancing. I'll be moving from DC after doing some WWOOFing in Italy for a few months. Please let me know if you think we'd be a good fit.
