Hi! I’m an incoming graduate student at NYU moving to NYC this fall with my partner, and we are looking for a studio apartment starting around September 1 (flexible for August if needed).

We are looking for a clean, quiet, and well-maintained studio in Manhattan or Brooklyn with convenient access to NYU and public transportation. A safe and comfortable building in a well-managed property is very important to us.

A little about us: we are both responsible, respectful, and very clean individuals. We just graduated from our undergrad in California and are moving to NYC for higher ed.

We are financially responsible and prepared to provide all necessary documentation, including bank statements and guarantor support if required. We are looking for a long-term home where we can be reliable and respectful tenants.
