Easygoing renter seeking room for move in August

Hi! I’m a friendly, respectful, easygoing young renter planning a move around August and looking for a comfortable room in a safe area with good transportation options.

I’m clean, organized, and pretty low-key. I work regularly, keep shared spaces tidy, and appreciate a calm home environment with good communication and mutual respect. I’m open to different living situations, whether that’s with roommates around my age or a more established household, as long as it feels like a good fit.

Ideally I’m looking for something in the 3–6 month range, but I’m also open to staying longer (including up to a year) if it’s the right fit.

I’d love to find a place where I can settle in, work, and enjoy a new chapter. My budget is flexible depending on the room, location, and utilities included.
