I’m a 34yo gay male who works full time in the hospitality industry in Manhattan. Looking for a May 1st move in. Max budget is 1200. I’m very tidy, and am happy to help maintain a clean apartment. I don’t have any pets, although I do love animals. I don’t mind if there are pets present. I don’t smoke or use substances of any kind, but if you enjoy that’s ok. When hanging out with friends, I do so out of the apartment.
