Private Bed/Bath - friendly home

Hi! I’m Dara, a neurology NP at Cedars with a pretty structured schedule. During the week I’m fairly low-key—work, hot yoga, and winding down with movies (honestly everything from great films to trashy TV). I enjoy going out to eat and exploring the neighborhood when I have time.

I’m easy to live with and respectful of shared spaces—definitely not a minimalist, but I keep things reasonable and am mindful of common areas. A couple things that matter to me are having a small spot to make coffee in the morning and somewhere to dry a yoga mat.

Looking for a comfortable, relaxed home with one other person who’s communicative and easygoing. Ideally a non-smoking environment, and I’d love a bathtub if possible. I split my time between LA during the week and Santa Barbara on weekends, where my husband and cat are based—so I’m typically just in town for work.
