Need Room to Rent, mid-June, in Bridgeport or surrounding areas. $750/mo (nego) with flexible lease options.

I’m a woman in my mid-40s who a kind, charming, and responsible rent payer seeking clean, preferably furnished, room to rent.

About myself:
I am reasonably quiet although I do live life as I typical person does. I am clean and tidy. I do not have small children or pets nor do smoke or use drugs. I do not have a need for a vehicle at this time at this time as my job and places I need are along bus lines. I wouldn't be cooking large meals for myself or taking up much space in the kitchen as far as that goes, however I would like to feel comfortable in all common rooms of the house with others I share it with. I also would like to be able to have a guest or two over if I wish. I am of the age where "partying" is behind me, but I am fun to be around and do have a social life so I will not always be home! When I home home however, I respect the space and others, I am not intrusive or loud. I am simply looking to share the space with a person who is like-minded.

Lease: Month-to-month or up to six months
Preferences: Preferably a furnished room (will negotiate shared utilities). Unfurnished room (some utilities to be included).
Amenities: Wi-Fi and onsite laundry.
Lifestyle: Smoke-free and drug-free environment. No children, but visitors must be allowed. Up to one well-behaved dog or cat is fine.
