I am available to move on 05/03/2026 and have a budget of $1200/month. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 18 and 50 years old. I have 2 kids ages 13 and 8 months old my 13 year old is only with me on weekends and we’re gone during the day. I have a house cleaning business and also a part time job and I make plates of food on my free time. I love to cook so I need kitchen access. I don’t mind sharing my groceries or food I make with my roommates. We are clean quiet, friendly and respectful. I have my kids dad that would be visiting when he’s in town so I need a place that doesn’t mind his visits or overnight stays 1-2 times a week. He would not be living there.
Most of the time it’s just myself and my 8 month old. And I’m out of the house most of the day during the week.
Cleaning services would be free on the home as well. Please let me know if you can give me and my kids a chance thank you 🙏🏻
