I'm a 22 disabled (diabetic/epileptic) AFAB person that goes by he/they/it with one gray tabby cat. I'm looking for a reasonable space that's under 600 dollars since I can't say I would be confident paying that with two jobs. I'd be out of the house a lot, and when I'm in the house I'm quiet and prefer to keep to myself. If my roommate is loud then I don't really mind it just takes me a minute to get out of my shell.

I don't like smokers, I would need a VERY SMALL space for insulin in the fridge, and would be happy to go out and talk asap.
