Hey everyone, I'm Joe, I'm 24 and I finished my enlistment in the Marine Corps just a few weeks ago. I'm relocating to Florida in August for school and need a private room in the KC area from now through end of July.
About me:

Respectful and straightforward
5 years military service
No pets, no parties, no drugs, no drinking (I don't mind if you do)
Work full time starting next week

What I need:

Private room (preferably bathroom too)
Kitchen access
Laundry access

What I bring:

Stable income of $4,000/month — can provide military pay stubs as proof
Will sign a short term lease through July 31st
Can pay first month and deposit upfront on May 1st
