Veteran Looking for a Long-Term Room Rental

- My full name is Paul Thrash. I will not rent a room from/with people who wish to stay anonymous. If I rent a room from/with you, then you will know who I am and I must know who you are. I am a Verified User on this website and I need for you to be a Verified User also. Getting verified shows each other that we are who we say we are. It also shows that we do not have a criminal record.

- Things for you to know about me: I am male, 63 years old, military veteran, I receive both Social Security retirement and a VA Pension every month so paying my rent is no problem, retired (no longer working), independent (no daily life or self care assistance needed), easy going / laid back, clean - I always clean up behind myself, and neat.

- What I need when it comes to a room rental: I am looking for a month-to-month, fully furnished room rental in the Phoenix or Casa Grande AZ area. I am willing to share a bathroom but not a bedroom and your rental must have a clothes washer and dryer on site. I can afford $800 max rent per month with a $200 max deposit. That's the way my budget works out for the long term. All utilities and Wifi Internet must be included in the rent price. I will pay you online every month by either Cash App or Venmo, whichever you prefer. These are the two online payment methods that work with my credit union account. - I need you to understand and agree to this: A person renting a room in Arizona without a written lease still has legal rights under the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (ARLTA). If rent is paid or agreed upon, they are considered a tenant, even with only a verbal agreement. According to the ARLTA, a landlord or tenant must provide a written 30-day notice to terminate a month-to-month lease. This notice should generally align with the rental cycle.
