Looking for a Room or Roommates ASAP

Hi, I’m Nicholas — a 25-year-old tech consultant looking for a room in Manhattan ASAP, with a budget up to $2,400/month.

I work a hybrid schedule and keep a pretty structured routine during the week. I’m clean, respectful, responsible, and easy to live with. I’m the type of person who pays rent on time, keeps shared spaces tidy, and values a comfortable, low-stress home environment.

Outside of work, I love fitness, movies/film, and messing around with Claude to automate my life. I’m not really the type to go out to clubs, but I do love a good pint at a local pub and trying to touch grass on the weekends after a long work week.

I’m ideally looking for roommates who are professionals, mature, respectful, and clean. Whether it’s a more social apartment or a quieter setup, I’m flexible as long as everyone is considerate and communicates well.
