I am a professional female aged 43. I am looking for a small or large room. I am available to move from 04/25/2026 and have a budget of $1,500/month. I would prefer to share with females, ideally between 18 and 80 years old.

Within the traveling distance (not now than 3-5 miles from the intersection of Belcher and Bryan Diary near Bardmoor. I have a 12 shift/ day shift 3 to 4xs/ wk alternating biweekly. (So 36 hours 1 week, 48 the next, with mandatory overtime offered occasionally/ every other week for 8 hours) I also have my son who is 18, who can sleep on a cot in my soom, if necessary. He had his wallet stolen and for the time being, besides being in the room, he will be minding his business, he would be job searching and keeping himself busy, playing music quietly or watching TV or studying to get his license and finishing getting his digloma. If there's anyway you may be able to accommodate the both of us, that would be amazing. I would like to pay less than $200/ wk or equal to that amount. But I will pay extra biweekly not more than $200/ week of my son can room with me until at least he can with me until at least he can get more stable. we are doing this so that we don't ever have to homeless again, living in a tent on land where the caseworkers do not helo to get you housing. I stay to myself most of the time, unless I'm using the bathroom or kitchen or doing laundry or other shared facilities. And work, And sleep and eat. That's basically all I do.. not very exciting.. I'm a bit boring if I must say so.
My availability is the rest of today or Wednesday. Or after 6pm after I get off of work Monday Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
