Room wanted in Austin, TX

I am 37, professional employed full time, looking to move anywhere from July 18-December. Flexible on move date. I’ve lived with many people throughout the years so I know how to share spaces, be a good roommate, and live peacefully with others. I need a private room and can share a bath, although prefer my own. I have a regular M-F job and travel consistently throughout the year for work as well. There will be times when I am away from home for days and/or weeks. I love all animals and don’t have any pets of my own currently. I am kind and respectful and do value my own down time and privacy, while also sometimes wanting to share a meal or hang out. I enjoy cooking and having a peaceful, clean space to come home to. Must be clean and tidy. I have a bad knee so prefer something on the first floor. I like the AC cold in the summer time. No preference on gender or age really. Just need a safe, comfortable, clean place to call home and looking to live with people who value the same.
