My name is Bernie. I will be relocating from Ocoee to the Brandon area between late June and early July due to a professional promotion. I currently manage a store for a respected fragrance company and will be taking responsibility for a new location opening at Exchange Mall.

As part of this transition, I am now looking for the right place to call home.

Ideally, I am seeking a spacious master bedroom, a private suite, or an efficiency/studio that offers comfort, privacy, and enough room for both myself and my belongings. If shared housing, I would strongly prefer a calm arrangement with only one other person, though I remain open to the right situation.

About me: I am a mature, financially stable, educated, and highly responsible man who lives a quiet and orderly life. I do not smoke, vape, drink alcohol, or use drugs. I have no children, no pets, and no disruptive habits.
