Great Roomie Looking for Another Great Roomie

Dear Potential Roommate:

I am a mature, female (a native New Yorker and a corporate and wedding event planning professional/decorator. I was educated at the New School University and studied Media Arts. I am looking for an easy-going, mature roommate(s) to share an apartment in your area for a year or longer.

Currently, I work freelance with Gainor Staffing in administration and hospitality. In addition, I have a side business as an event planner for weddings, sweet 16’s and Quinceañeras.

I do have family and friends in the local NYC/Tri-state area and also travel to Maryland on down time and during the holidays where my brother and his family reside. I enjoy living an active and clean, healthy lifestyle (I don’t smoke anything and cannot live with a smoker).

I am most happy living in a sanitized and safe environment and pride myself in being immaculate and organized. I have no issues with the upkeep of the common areas of the apartment, and I will be happy to take on the household chores using natural, non-toxic products.
