I am a mature, creative woman, educated at the New School University, and a native New Yorker. I am looking for an easy-going roommate with a nice personality to share an apartment in your area for about a year.

I currently live on the upper east side, and unfortunately, I must move as the lease is up and the owner will be selling the small apartment building this summer.

I have family and friends in the local NYC/Tri-state area and also have a family member who is in law enforcement (we will always be safe!) I also travel to Maryland on down time and during the holidays where my brother and his family reside.

I enjoy living an active and clean, healthy lifestyle (I don’t smoke anything and prefer to live with a non-smoker). I am most happy to share in the chores, and pride myself in being clean and organized.
