Hey! I’m looking for either a room or someone to find a place with for an early–mid June move-in.
A bit about me: I’m 24 and work in tech. I keep a pretty structured routine during the week — I’m usually working, going to the gym, climbing, or cooking at home. I’m social on weekends (going out, seeing friends, exploring the city), but not a big weekday partier.
I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I like keeping shared spaces tidy and generally prefer a calm, low-drama home environment. I’ll occasionally have friends over, but nothing excessive.
What I’m looking for:
* Manhattan, Williamsburg, or Bushwick (leaning East Williamsburg/Bushwick for budget) * Budget: ~$1.5K–$2.5K depending on the setup * Ideally a 12-month lease
Roommate-wise, I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and has a similar balance — social but respectful of shared space and routines. Not looking for a chaotic or party-heavy environment.
I’m actively touring places right now and open to either joining an existing setup or finding a place together.
