Summer Housing Needed – Intern (Studio City)

Hi, I’m a UNLV hospitality student and a private chef from Las Vegas and will be completing a summer internship at a luxury hotel around Studio City. I’m looking for a room, studio or apartment to rent for the summer (roughly late May through August). preferably taking over a sublease or renting from a current roommate. Not interested in renting agencies

I’m responsible, clean, and will be working on site with a consistent schedule. I would ideally love a place with access to a clean kitchen, as I really enjoy cooking and keeping a well-organized space.

I also really enjoy the LA lifestyle and aesthetic, exploring the city, working, and staying active in a positive environment. I’m looking for a comfortable, respectful place that feels like a good home base for the summer.

Occasional guests or friends visiting is something I’d appreciate being open to, as long as it’s respectful and agreed upon with house rules. Will have 1 or 2 friends over upon the first few days to help me move in.
