Looking to stay near the Art Museum/Fairmount Ave

I am a female aged 37. Looking for long-term. Looking to stay near the Art Museum, Fairmount Ave, Spring Garden, and to stay in North Philly/Center City Areas. Not west, south, NE, etc. Tomboy, music lover, but toned down on the rap ALOT bc it's getting horrible. Clean, drug free, but if you smoke 420, or ciggs that's ok. I myself smoke cigarettes and would do it outside if needed. Im quiet, not a borrower, and do not steal. I mostly stay in my room, but will come out from time to time to not get the claustrophobic feeling, and back to my room again. I am looking for a humble sized room that will fit and is fair for my budget. Dirty, unkept houses that are falling apart are not ideal for me. I like natural sunlight. I don't really like to talk unless it has something to do with the house. I'd prefer to keep to myself, and not share my personal life with other roommates as I've seen people falling out and having arguments. I'd like to pay my rent and (like how I am in the dating world) be more of a ghost. Non existent. You'll forget that Im even there. So that means Im ok by myself, & I don't care to have a boyfriend. I have PLENTY of free "get out of small talk" cards. Still, Im VERY friendly, happy drama-free person. I am available to move 05/01/2026 and have a budget of $800/month including utilities. I would like to share with males or females of any age.
