Looking for LES / EV / Williamsburg Room Aug 1

Hi, my name is Christian and I’m looking to find something preferably long term starting August 1!
A little about me: I’m starting my PhD at Columbia, and currently work full time as a manager at a non-profit. I’ll be leaving my full time position for a part time role at Columbia when the semester starts. I enjoy contributing to keeping a home warm and cozy, and am the kind of roomate who’s down to chat and hang - but also totally respect space . I am big into movies, reading, philosophy (my masters is in it!), good conversation , and love being active and getting outside as much as I can. I just moved here from Montana, and have a spot with friends in Williamsburg until August. I’d love to stay in Williamsburg or be in the LES or EV. I’ll be traveling for work most of the summer and am excited to permanently get situated in the city here in August! I’ve lived with mixed gender, non-binary, and LGBTQ roommates most of my adult life. Would love to chat more to make sure it’s a good fit. Down to hop on a FT or call :)
