3rd Roommate Wanted!!!

My name is Davie and my friend Mickayla and I are looking for a 3rd roommate to find an apartment with us!

About ourselves: We are both actors graduating from Pace University this year. We've gotten to know each other and become very close over the past 4 years. We are both POC and I am a part of the LGBTQ+ community and we'd love to have someone similar, but it's not a requirement. We're both non-smokers but we don't mind if you smoke, wee just ask you don't do it in the shared areas. We also want someone you can clean up after themselves and will help with chores (at least for the shared spaces). We like to go out every now and then (I probably go out more than Mickayla) but we don't really host pregames that often (something we can talk about). For day time work Mickayla works as a Barista and I work in a Costume Shop.

Our budget all together is $3000 a month for rent and then ad on utilities. It's slightly flexible depending on the place we find. We both have guarantors to sign with us and as of now we need someone to have a guarantor that makes around 100k a year. We do have a few places we are currently looking at.

Davie: I'm originally from North Carolina and moved here for school. My hope is to become a successful Actor, writer, director in the industry. When I used to have spare time (lol) I'd love to go thrifting, frolicking in the park, reading, or rot in bed. I'm very into vinyls and music and have a pretty large collection and a record player. I've recently gotten into film photography which I've just been doing for fun. I also know how to sew and have been for like 10+ years so I can alter/repair whatever you need (as long as I have time). my insta: @davisdavieosborne
