29F Professional Editor/Writer --> Greenpoint

29 y/o woman (cis female, queer) looking to move between 5/15-6/15. Ideally to Greenpoint or west Williamsburg, but also open to Bushwick and Bed-Stuy. I do have a small, well-behaved dog (20lb, 10y/o), info on him below :) Here's a bit more about me:

• Job: full-time (M-F 9-5) children's book editor, currently fully remote but I prefer to work at cafes at least 2-3 times a week rather than WFH every day

• Personality: People frequently describe me as warm and calm. I love people and also love my own company. Equal parts artsy and nerdy. I don't usually bring the party home, but not opposed to hosting :)

• Hobbies: writing, thrifting, DIY projects, reading, going out dancing, bar-hopping with friends, local events (educational events, craft nights, etc.)

• Pets: 1 dog (20lb), chihuahua mix, 10 y/o, house-trained, gets along well with most people (assuming they're respectful and quiet), often described as "incredibly chill," low energy, has never been the type to jump up on people, spends most of the day sleeping/cuddling, non-destructive (he's never chewed/damaged any property), he often barks when he hears the building door open but he calms down quickly, doesn't have a shrill bark, regularly groomed, comfortable being left alone at home for 8-10 hours (though I usually only leave him alone about 3-5 hours/day). Would be happy to set up a meet & greet :)

• Cleanliness: I like to keep my living space tidy — clear home clear mind, I like to say! But I'm not obsessive about it. Mindful of cleanliness in communal spaces especially. Dishes are never left in the sink for more than 24 hours (assuming there's no dishwasher). Trash always goes straight in the bin. I also have a robo-vac/mop to keep floors clean of dog hair.

• Significant Other: I stay at my boyfriend's place (with my dog) 3-4 nights/week on average, would like to be able to have him over 1-2 nights/week
