My previous property managers neglected our complex until they got sued. Despite this and very little improvement they are raising everyone's rent, so I'm leaving.
I'm looking for an LA or Inglewood native who has a room to rent. I am more than able and willing to pay, I just want a quiet place where I can slowly save money to purchase my first home.
I work most of the days and play video games at night if I can't sleep. I don't go out or drink, and I never have guests (I'm extremely introverted). I like very strong wifi and am willing to pay for it myself.
