Need a Room on 6/1 - Hollywood or Surrounding

Hi, my name’s William, but I go by my middle name, Brandon. I’m a 43-year-old guy looking for a room to rent starting June 1st, with a budget up to $1,000/month. I work two jobs in hospitality (one of them near PDX), so ideally I’m looking for something near the Red Line (in or around the Hollywood area).

What I’m looking for in a space:

- Furnished or unfurnished (if furnished, a queen bed is preferred)
- Access to washer/dryer
- Access to a stove or toaster oven — I cook salmon or chicken for dinner every night
- Air conditioning and heat
- Bonus points if there’s a gym or grocery store nearby, since I don’t have a car

A little about me:

I’m a gay male — I mention it upfront because some people are more comfortable knowing, not because it defines me. I’m easy to live with in the practical sense: I do my dishes immediately, take out the trash when it’s full, ask my roommate if they need anything when I go to the store, generally try to leave shared spaces better than I found them, and don’t have people over regularly. Also, I’m pretty low drama. I don’t drink (occasionally an IPA on special occasions), don’t party, or smoke cigarettes, but have been known to use a nicotine vape outdoors (on occasion). Other than that, I enjoy swimming, watching TV, hiking, volunteering, or reading.
