Need a Room Near the Red/Blue/Green Line on 6/1

Hi, my name’s Brandon. I’m a 43-year-old guy looking for a room to rent starting June 1st, with a budget up to $1,000/month. I work two jobs in hospitality (one of them near PDX), so ideally I’m looking for something near the Red Line/Blue Line/Green Line (in or around Hollywood, Montavilla, Argay, Irvington, Park Rose, Madison South, the Pearl District, Beaverton, etc.).

What I’m looking for in a space:

- Furnished or unfurnished
- Access to washer/dryer
- Air conditioning or permission to have a portable AC for the summer months

A little about me:

I’m a gay male — I mention it upfront because some people are more comfortable knowing, not because it defines me. I’m easy to live with in the practical sense: I do my dishes immediately, take out the trash when it’s full, ask my roommate if they need anything when I go to the store, generally try to leave shared spaces better than I found them, and don’t have people over regularly. Also, I’m pretty low drama. I don’t drink (occasionally an IPA on special occasions), don’t party, or smoke cigarettes. Other than that, I enjoy swimming, watching TV, hiking, volunteering, or reading.
