Fun and Easygoing Unicorn Seeks House Mates

I am seeking house mates that are easy going and do not sweat the small stuff. I do not need my space to be shiny or newly renovated. Access to a clean kitchen with gas stove and space for basic everyday small appliances and a very clean bathroom (because these are the rooms where you put food in your mouth and sit your bare bottom respectively. I do not need TV or Wifi

While carpet is more comfortable under the feet, I prefer hard floors to avoid the expense incurred for cleaning/replacing. Must have an unfurnished room because I have my own bedroom set to put in it.

Do not care about too much else in a house mate. Just be a kind person, be mindful of utilities expense we share. Do not have guest over so often they are seen as the extra room mate who does not pay.
