Hi! My name is David. I am 22 years old and I have an Actuarial Analyst internship from June 1 to August 7 at NYCIRB (located near Grand Central Station; my ideal commute time is less than 45 minutes).

I will work in the office 3 days a week, and work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. I would prefer having a desk in the room, but can also work at a coffee shop or similar.

I am organized and respectful of rules. I do chores such as washing the dishes, cleaning the bathroom, and taking out the trash. I do not smoke, do any drugs, or drink.

I plan to visit my parents on several weekends.

I live in Miami and will not be able to come in for a tour, but I would love to video call if possible. Thank you.
