My musts are no large communal rental situations. I have never lived with more than 2 other people and shared a bathroom with one, so the same would apply for any future long term rental situation. Also I like to live with people in my same age group.

I have previusly lived in the same shared housing situation for 2.5 years and 3 years prior. My landlady has decided to rent the entire house vs having roommates. I have excellent references and can provide those upon request.
