I’m very respectful of shared space (clean kitchen, quiet common areas, consistent routines) and appreciate living with someone who values the same. I’m independent and low maintenance, but also friendly and considerate.
What I’m looking for
A calm, well-kept home with a respectful roommate. I’m not working from home full-time in common areas and am mindful about noise and shared spaces. Open to short-term to start, with the possibility of longer if it’s a good fit.
Location
My primary focus has been Washington Heights / Hudson Heights—especially west of Broadway (Pinehurst, Cabrini, Fort Washington), ideally between W 181st–W 190th, close to the A train and near Fort Tryon Park / Hudson River Greenway.
I’m also open to Astoria (particularly Ditmars-Steinway or near the N/W line) and Long Island City (around 36th Ave / Broadway / Queensboro Plaza) for the right setup, especially with easy access to Manhattan and a comfortable, well-maintained space.
Why I’m moving
I’m taking a thoughtful approach—renting first to get a feel for neighborhoods before eventually purchasing a co-op. In the meantime, I’m looking for a comfortable, stable place where everyone enjoys the space.
Interests
Photography, art, exploring the city, biking, and spending time in parks and along the greenway.
If this sounds like a good fit, I’d be happy to connect.
