Returning Local/Military Veteran/Student/Investing

Hi!

I recently moved back to Utah from Illinois to attend school at the University of Utah using my military benefits. Been out of the Navy for 6 years and was a prior appliance repair technician in Illinois. I do part-time work in that field through local referrals and a few select realtors. Currently, a 100% disabled Veteran who needs a place close to the VA for a couple of monthly routine visits. No Vehicle: If parking is available, look into a new vehicle soon, depending on commute. Government Disability income 4k. Plus an additional college housing allowance kicker of 2k. Prefer and willing to pay for everyone's wifi if upgradable. LAN and/or +800MBps wifi due to my level of activity online with 2 to 4 devices at the same time for Day trading and Content/Channel management, which I do for passive income, training clients, client portfolio management, and retirement planning. No problem if not an option. Video calls and Meetings a few times a week. All during 9 am to 9 pm. I'm very passionate about my new venture and school. So I don't party really or enjoy going to clubs and bars, grew out of them, concerts, and snowboarding. Like to hang out, laugh, I'll have a drink, and cook for you. I enjoy my privacy to study and keep up to date with market research for my clients. Flexible schedule. Quiet when need be. Enjoy music, and I can be a night owl. love to help anyone and am well-traveled because of my previous career. Lived in Dugway, UT since 8year old. Parents are happily married and living in Heber City, UT. Occasionally like to have a friend or two come hang out for dinner and a good movie or show. Not currently in a relationship or seeking one fully due to school and work, so an overnight guest won't be an issue. Ask me anything?
