Hi everyone,
I am a 68-year-old retired woman looking for a room for rent by April 27 or sooner in the Fredericksburg / Spotsylvania / Stafford area.

I have two indoor cats (very well-behaved) and I am a smoker. I am responsible, quiet, and always pay rent on time.

I am looking for a safe, affordable room in a calm home environment. Month-to-month or short-term is fine.
