Hi! I’m a 33-year-old researcher from Spain moving to NYC on August 1st to start a postdoctoral position at Columbia University (Neuroscience & Climate Change). I have a stable 3-year contract and my budget is around $1,500/month.

I’ve lived in shared flats since I was 18-from Barcelona to artistic residencies in Portugal and Germany-so I truly value and understand co-living dynamics. My friends describe me as easygoing, light-hearted, and very tidy person. I’m looking for a peaceful and friendly place to call home and rest after a long day at work, though I’m usually up for a friendly chat or a glass of wine.

I’m not looking for a "party house," but I feel comfortable with the occasional dinner or gathering. I deeply respect personal space and privacy. In my free time, I’m into contemporary dance, sailing, reading, exploring nature and culture in its different formats.
