Room wanted in Tuckahoe, NY

I am seeking a room for the next year. My sister has lived in the neighborhood for over 20 years and owns a local company supporting mindfulness practices for the NYC School System. I have relocated to New York this year to help her scale her business.

I am single, 57 years old, with three grown children and three granddaughters. I have excellent credit and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle that supports work, play and frequent travel.

I am primarily looking for a quiet, comfortable place to recharge for the next day. I would need light access to the kitchen for basic meal preparation.

I also regularly rent rooms in my own home in Southern California, so I understand the care, communication, and mutual respect required to maintain a positive and harmonious shared living environment.
