Hi! My name is Matt. I'm a 35 year old atorney with the Kings County District Attorney's Office looking for a room in New York City with a June 1st move-in date.
I'm a clean, respectful, and reliable tenant — I work full-time and keep a fairly regular schedule. I also hold a Master's degree in International Policy, so I've got a pretty varied background and always enjoy a good conversation.
Outside of work, I'm big into fitness and try to get to the gym consistently. I'm an avid reader across a range of topics — history, gardening , true crime, you name it. I love socializing, trying new restaurants and bars, and exploring the city, but I am usually quiet at night at home with a book. I also manage a couple of recreational sports teams, so weekends im often out — but I always come home and wind down like a normal person, I promise.
I don't smoke and have no pets. I'm looking for a place where common spaces are kept tidy and roommates are respectful of each other's space and schedules. I'm easygoing, communicative, and genuinely easy to live with.
