Disabled LGBT couple looking for a room

Hi! We are Sam (25) and Ash (24). We have two friendly cats and are looking for a room large enough to accommodate us both. A private bathroom would be ideal, but not necessary. We would need space for two litter boxes which we scoop daily. In-unit washer/dryer is required.

We will live with anyone who is respectful of us and values communication as we do. We tend to go to bed pretty early, but don't mind if roommates are up later. We are looking for basically anywhere in the SoCal area. We are currently in Pomona, and would ideally like to move somewhere an hour or less from here to make things easier, but would be willing to go further.

Our cats are very friendly with people (one is shy initially but quickly warms up) and have gotten along okay with other cats given some time.
We are both chill artists and spend most of our home time quietly working on our projects in our room. We have a few friends we would ideally like to have over sometimes, but they're also very chill and friendly. We have an air mattress we can set up for them if that is allowed.
My disabilities make it impossible for me to hold a job, and while I am working on getting on benefits, it is not going well so far, so we currently only have one source of income which is why our budget is so low. However, I do enjoy doing the dishes and could take care of that chore for everyone. We are good at cleaning up after ourselves and paying rent on time.

We both enjoy cooking and baking and would be willing to share and cook for roommates on occasion.

Our current lease is up in June, so that is when we will be moving.
