I’m an incoming PhD student at the CUNY Graduate Center. I’m looking for an apartment that is closer to the Graduate Center and its respective research centers than where I’m currently living. I love fashion, skating, running, cycling and getting overpriced coffee. I’m also a big snowboarder. As I am going to be starting a PhD program, I would need a place where it is generally chill/quiet on the weekdays and not too crazy on the weekends.
