Looking for Room Before July

My current rental is selling the house and needs us to move out by July. I have 2 cats but they can stay in my room if it’s a large room. They won’t scratch furniture up but hardwood floors are necessary. A furnished room is ideal but not required. I am a woman in my 20s who works a lot and likes to stay busy so I’ll only be home mainly to sleep. I’m very clean and organized. I don’t cook much. I don’t usually have people over. I don’t smoke or drink. I’m not very social most of the time so I’ll stay in my room mostly.
