2 teachers looking for roommates in NYC

Hi! We’re Lucy and Max, 2 women who are teachers! 👩‍🏫 We are looking to move from 08/15/2026 to 09/01/2026 and have an individual budget between $1200-1600/month.

Location: Manhattan, west side between 100th and 170th.

We would like to share with girls/gays/theys around our age or older!

We would like to live together with roommates, and we are open to any number of bedrooms!

We would like to have:
- laundry in-building or in-unit
- a clear living space in addition to the bedrooms
- preference for pre-war apartments or buildings with character✨

We are open if you have a pet! 🐕We are also open to walk-up buildings.

A potential roommate(s) would hopefully be someone that we could get along and hang out with! We are both very friendly but also love some good chill time. We are also tidy, practice open communication, and are very laidback. We also would like to have occasional out-of-town guests stay with us, and would invite the same for another potential roommate!
