What I'm looking for: a room in a group house or a studio somewhere in DC proper, ideally Capitol Hill, Navy Yard, or anywhere convenient to the blue/orange/silver lines. My budget is under $1,600. Parking is a big plus, and I'd love a place with laundry on-site. I'm open to a range of setups as long as the vibe is right.
A bit about me: I'm pretty low-key on weeknights (you'll usually find me reading, meditating, or watching whatever the Detroit Lions are doing to my blood pressure that week).
