I'm a super chill, carrollton raised, introverted F/33/divorcee w/ a very well behaved senior cat & no kids. I'm looking for a private bath & spacious room where I can safely recover from breaking my arm while I WFH. I need to leave a hostile environment until I can find more permanent housing. Quiet, calm & clean and ready to move immediately. I have a car, a storage unit full of home furnishing (if needed) & a budget of $800/month. A IT professional working a hybrid role at Toyota HQ in Plano. The most ideal place will be within 20 minutes of Toyota HQ or minutes from SRT or DNT.
Note: I broke my arm recently and have a surgery planned for it on April 17th at which point my right (and dominant) arm will be either fully restricted or limited in use for up to 3 months to be rehabilitated. Most likely WFH, I need strong Internet, a work space and a calm, quiet environment on week days to work in.
