Hey! I’m Ian, and I’m looking for a cool roommate! So much one can put here, but in general to hit the major points, I’m a highly respectable guy, extremely clean (OCD but not officially obsessive in the clinical way), a health enthusiast (very active and health conscious), and overall just a responsible, gregarious, laid-back, cool, and positive-minded kinda guy. I work as a healthcare professional by day and I get into my writing when I’m out of my scrubs, lol. I currently live by myself and have been for a long time but needing to make a few adjustments during this current time in order to preserve my ability to continue enjoying this beautiful city of San Diego. Other than that, I’m a moral-minded guy, quiet in my space, and would intend to hopefully befriend my future roommate and make for a great living experience. Open to males or females.
