Clean and respectful couple with service animal

We are both 43 years old and working full time. David is an Independent Contractor and Supervisor of Automotive Detailing team at Infinity of Coconut Creek. I work from home as a Senior Support Representative at CVS Health/Aetna. We are very clean and respectful. David is the outgoing one and is always very helpful and extremely handy. There is nothing that he can't fix, do, or cook. I am more on the quiet and introverted side. We have a 10 year old (which is elderly in dog years), fixed, female, American Staffordshire Terrier that is a fully registered ESA service animal named Peaches. She is very sweet, docile, and loving. She very rarely ever barks and will never chew on anything. Due to her aging hips, she moves a little bit slower than she used to and really just sleeps all day or follows me around wherever I go.

We are looking for a clean and respectful roommate that is easy to get along with like we are. Someone who doesn't mind sharing the household responsibilities with us and is easy going. Any potential roommates can expect the same from us as well.

We are looking for a private room (preferably a master bedroom if at all possible) and bathroom, possibly with a private entrance as well but not a necessity. Does not need to be furnished, actually we prefer if it isn't as we have plenty of our own furniture in storage currently. Preferably a washer and dryer in the unit, but also not a deal breaker either. We are creative people so we can make most arrangements work for us regardless.
