Hello!
Hope everyone is doing well, especially in this housing economy! My name is Grace and I'm looking for a place. I unfortunately got broken up with after just moving in with my partner in August, an am being kicked out yay! Have to move by May 9th, needing a place by the 5th as I have to fly back home to NC for the weekend for my sisters college graduation!
Would love to stay in Queens, however definitely open to other areas!
A bit about myself:
I'm a working professional in midtown for a theatrical marketing company! On top of that, I'm also an actor! So quite busy and out of the apartment a lot on good months, some days I'm out before 5 am or getting home at 5am, but then one week I might work two or three days.
I LOVE to cook. So if you have a good kitchen and love good food, definitely hit me up. Love doing a charcuterie wine night along with the occasional dinner party for close friends. If good food and gaming and a little socializing once in a while seems like your vibe, we will get along! NOTE: I love to cook...now do I always have time to? That's another question.
LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly (however very respectful of spaces, and won't smoke in the apartment if requested!!! Can take it outside!)
I also have a cat! The sweetest, chillest, angel ever, Baby. Literally ask anyone who has met her. She just wants pets and to loaf. She's 9 and an ESA cat, so she has her documentation if needed!
