Room wanted in Venice, FL

I am a quiet, respectful, educated, kind and helpful finance professional that works for myself in a consulting role. I am available to move beginning 07/01/2026 and have a budget of $1500/month. My goal is become more familiar with the Gulf coast of Florida over a 3 to 6-month period before getting a place of my own as I will be a fresh empty nester and am looking to explore and make a more permanent life change. That said, I will not rule out a longer stay. I open to sharing with either males or females ideally between 35 and 65.

I would describe myself as a "normie" that enjoys the outdoors, fitness, sports, meeting new people/socializing, cooking/grilling and of course the beach/time on the water. I don't have any unusual habits - normal work/sleep hours, clean/tidy and will gladly take on a helping hand role when needed too.
