I work at Eastwood Towne Center and have a pretty consistent schedule, so I’m usually pretty routine and reliable. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with — I like keeping shared spaces tidy and being considerate of everyone’s space and habits. I’m fairly social and friendly, but after work I usually just relax in my room and recharge, so I’m not loud or disruptive. I’m always open to being friendly with roommates, but I also really respect personal space. I also have furniture from my current place, so I can help furnish shared spaces if needed. Overall, I’m reliable with rent, communicate well, and I’m just looking for a comfortable, respectful environment. I am available to move as soon as possible and have a budget of $700/month.
