I work from home so a great wi-fi is needed. I have starlink now but I am happy to change (or I can bring it). Quiet. Have a beautiful blue-eyed siamese cat. I love dogs but don't have a dog. My grown kids visit from time to time (ages 22, 24) and may stay over so an extra futon or space for them would be great. They are quiet and kind. Essentially seeking my own space on a bigger place. Luckily I don't hear well (semi-deaf) so I don't mind if your home or family makes noise or plays music. I drink wine when I like, and I have deliveries of food and wine a few times a week (instacart).
