I’m an engineer relocating across the country and looking for a room near the King of Prussia or Malvern area for a few months. Looking for a quiet living situation and ideally a personal bathroom. I’m usually asleep before 11 and keep to myself.

I’m looking to start the lease around May 1st. I have no pets and one car. I’m moving without furniture and the room does not need to be furnished.
