We’re a 60-year-old semi-retired mother and her full-time college student daughter looking for a safe, quiet place to call home in Kissimmee or the Osceola County area.

We’re clean, respectful, and very low-key. No smoking or parties—just focused on work, school, and maintaining a peaceful living environment. We keep to ourselves but are friendly and easy to get along with.

We are financially responsible, pay rent on time, and are specifically looking for a stable, long-term living situation where we can settle in and stay consistent.

Our budget is $700/month. A master bedroom with a private bathroom would be ideal, but we are flexible for the right fit.

We are ready to move forward quickly and are aiming for a July 1st move-in. References can be provided.
