°I'm seeking a furnished room in Norfolk with another person assigned female at birth (afab).

• I will not be bringing a vehicle, so I prefer a unit that is close to a bus stop or walking distance for personal needs (such as grocery stores)

•Internet is a necessity for me as a student.

•Balcony/patio/yard is not required, but outside areas on-unit or nearby is appreciated.

•Not a smoker personally.
