Hi! I'm currently looking to rent a bedroom. I'm a gay male who works in business affairs for a studio and I'm also a college professor. I'm creative and pretty easy-going. As for what it would be like living with me, I'm clean. Very respectful when it comes to maintaining clean common areas like the kitchen. I don't smoke or drink or do drugs (not that I have a problem with my roommate keeping alcohol in the apartment). I don't throw parties. I don't have any pets.

I'm a bit of a minimalist so I wouldn't be moving any furniture into the living room. I don't own a car so I don't need a parking spot. I go to work at my office in Manhattan. I've always gotten along great with my roommates but I also know we lead our own lives so I don't need us to become best friends or make small talk every time we pass each other.
